Large crowd attends vibrant Palestine Day on Parliament Hill

A somber crowd filled a Parliamentary Hall on Thursday, June 13th for “Palestine Day on the Hill”, organized by the Association of Palestinian Arab Canadians (APAC) in Ottawa under the slogan “From Nakba to Genocide”. Representatives of the NDP, Liberal Party of Canada and Green Party voiced their support for the Palestinian people and called for an end to the genocide. Read more.

Standing on a panel with Prime Minister Trudeau (l) and Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow (r), Ontario Premier Doug Ford implicitly fingered “immigrants” as the culprits in a recent shooting at a Toronto girls school. While he didn’t mention any specific immigrant communities, it was clear he was pointing to Arab/Palestinian/Muslim Canadians. This a police issue that should be treated seriously. Read more…

Karim Khan, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (centre) has called for the issuance of arrest warrants for 3 Hamas leaders and 2 Israeli leaders. Netanyahu is furious, but a trial of the Hamas leaders could also be very damaging to Israel. It would cause a very public re-examination of the Israeli claims of Hamas’ atrocities on October 7th. Editor-in-chief proudly tells subscribers that National Post is guided by Zionism

In April 2024, mass graves were discovered in the Gaza Strip near in two large hospitals, which had been raided by the Israeli Defense Forces. Some bodies were missing limbs and others were bound with handcuffs. The UN has called for an inquiry.
