Will the City of Ottawa fly Israel’s flag on May 14th while it continues to commit genocide in Gaza?

Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe has announced that the City of Ottawa will raise the Israeli flag on May 14th to celebrate the creation of the State of Israel. It has done so since 2007. CIJA files lawsuit against Canadian government in attempt to link UNRWA to Hamas

Israel has been attempting to undermine UNRWA by alleging it “financed and aided” the Hamas’ attack on October 7th. That claim has now been taken up by CIJA in a lawsuit against the federal government for resuming its funding to the organization.
